Eligibility Criteria

The candidate who aspires to appear for the examination of SSC GD Constable Recruitment must follow through the following eligibility criteria. Candidates who don't fulfill the eligibility criteria will not be allowed to appear for the recruitment drive.

Nationality: The candidate must be of Indian National.

Age Limit: The candidate must be between the age group of 18 years to 23 years as on 01/08/2018.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed the 10th standard exam (Matriculation) from a recognized Board and educational institute.

SSC GD Constable Application Form

The candidates who intend to appear for the examination of SC GD constable must fill in the application form to register themselves for the examination. • The candidate would be required to register, Click on the link Register Now.
• The application form will be available on the screen
• The candidate would be required to fill in all the necessary details like Personal Details, Communication Details, Education Details, Additional Details.
• The candidate would be required to provide all the Scanned documents. (photograph, signature, and qualifying exam certificate).
• The candidate would be required to pay the application fees.
• Take the hard copy of the confirmation page of the Application form.

Selection Procedure

The SSC GD Constable exam will be a multilevel selection examination. Following is the procedure of selection.

• Pre- Examination.
• Physical Standard Test
• Physical Endurance Test
• Medical Test
• Document Verification

The candidate who will be successful in all the level of examination will be selected for the posts. The final decision will be taken by Staff Selection Commission only.
